- 1 One night, in Jo-johng Village, Tae-mo-nim and five or six disciples sat facing southeast.
- 2 Tae-mo-nim blew tobacco smoke once in that direction and a great star appeared. It looked as big as a gourd and as bright as the moon.
- 3 She drew smoke from Her pipe and blew toward the star, which then became covered with dark clouds.
- 4 Tae-mo-nim blew again without drawing from Her pipe; the clouds withdrew, unveiling the star.
- 6 She repeated this process three times and then said, “When the time comes, you will be able to control the wind, clouds, rain, morning dew, frost, and snow in any way you wish. Practice with determination and one mind. Anyone can do it.”
