- Sahng-jeh-nim’s Spirit Has Left the Maitreya Shrine
- 1 On September 21, Tae-mo-nim took ten or so disciples to Geum-sahn Temple. Among them were Go Chahn-hohng, Jun Joon-yup, and Ee Geun-mohk.
- 2 After holding a chee-sung inside the Maitreya Shrine, She declared, “Sahng-jeh-nim’s sacred spirit has left the Maitreya Shrine.”
- 3 She ordered the disciples, “Bring a chamber pot.” She urinated in it and gave it back to the disciples, saying, “Splash it on that Maitreya statue. It is a fake.
- 4 From now on, do not bow to it. Do not even come here. It is a fake.”
- 5 She went to the Shakyamuni Buddha shrine and said to the statue, “Why are you still here? Hurry up and leave!” As She said this, She struck the Buddha’s head with Her pipe.
