- 1 One day, having heard that Hyung-yul’s daughter was sick,
- 2 Sahng-jeh-nim went outside, whistled three times, and called out to the spirit Mahn Su three times.
- 3 Out of nowhere, what looked like blotches thickly clouded the air, making it difficult to see even a short distance.
- 4 Sahng-jeh-nim said, “These things make people sick.”
- 5 With one breath, Sahng-jeh-nim blew them into the sky, where a strong wind dispersed them.
- 6 The sky cleared, and soon after, Hyung-yul’s daughter became well.
