- 1 Sahng-jeh-nim said, “Before I left heaven for this world, I transferred the authority to govern the affairs in heaven and earth to heaven’s court.
- 2 But, starting from 1901, I personally have governed over all matters.
- 3 Now, I establish the Government of Creative Change and determine the boundless destiny of the coming world of immortality.”
- Heaven Devises, Humanity Accomplishes
- 4 “In the time of the Early Heaven, it has been said, ‘Humanity devises and heaven accomplishes.’
- 5 But from now on, heaven devises and humanity accomplishes.”
- Governing with Sageness and Heroism
- 6 “In the past, because the scale of world affairs was small, the world could be governed using either sageness (聖) or heroism (雄) alone.
- 7 Now, the scale is so vast the world cannot be governed without using both sageness and heroism.”
