- 1 Tae-mo-nim said, “People speak with one another without knowing each other’s mind.
- 2 To master the writing of the heavens, you must know how yin and yang interact throughout the four seasons.
- 3 To master the principles of earth, you must understand the principle by which an abundant harvest of hundreds of crops is produced.
- 4 To master the nature of humans, you must know the principle by which all things are born and mature.
- 5 Without knowing the minds of others, attaining harmony among people is most difficult.”
